Yes, The Dellutri Law Group Offers A Free Confidential Consultation

Are you tired of poking around website after website? Have you been thinking of requesting a consultation with a bankruptcy attorney? Do you think they are all the same? Well, I'm here to tell you that they are not all the same.

Now, you may be saying that I don’t know anything about you, and you would be correct. But, I and my law-firm have been helping people all-over Florida for over 15 years. I also know that there is more bad information than good information on the internet when it comes to solving your financial problems. It seems like every company on the web will offer you the world to just “click here”.

It’s different for Attorneys. The Florida Bar does not let me make silly statements and ridiculous promises to get your business. So, Attorneys are a significant disadvantage right off the bat because we cannot lie in our advertising to get you to “click here” or follow up.

The only thing I can do is to tell you what we do and how we do it. Let me be completely honest with you, our firm cannot be all things to all people, and quite frankly, any firm that makes too many promises will never fulfill any of them. That is not me, and certainly not the members of my firm. When I started The Dellutri Law Group, I set a specific course for the firm and that was to be nice to people. I know it sounds cliché, but that is the honest truth. As long as you are nice to people and treat them with honesty and respect, they will respect you and your practice will grow.

I can’t tell you how many people we have helped over the years, and, at the same time, I cannot tell you how many people came to see us who did not retain our firm either. But, I can tell you that we have tried to help each and every person that has come to our firm for a consultation. I know that we receive referrals from people that never retained our firm. That is an honor that I will never take for granted.

Well our firm has grown from one small downtown office with just me in it, hoping and praying for a client to call, to five locations, eleven attorneys and a staff of 40 people. Interestingly, our philosophy has not changed. We are still nice to people, and it still works.

Our firm offers Non-bankruptcy and Bankruptcy alternatives to individuals with financial problems. Most Bankruptcy attorneys offer only one service – Bankruptcy. That is fine as long as the consumer needs a bankruptcy. What if they don’t? What if they only need to fight a foreclosure? What if they only need to short sale their home? Well, at another firm, they will probably be told to file for bankruptcy without discussing other options.

We offer a free confidential consultation to anyone willing to come in and discuss their problems. We are going to ask questions. We are going to listen to your answers, and then we are probably going to ask more questions.

If we can help you, Great. We will explain how we can help, and then you get to make a decision. If we cannot help you, we are going to tell you that we cannot help you, but it will be done nicely. But, we are also going to try and provide you with a plan of attack, so that you can either help yourself or find the help you need. Usually, this consultation takes only thirty (30) minutes of your time.

I can’t think of another profession where this is done. Doctors, Accountants and other Attorneys don’t offer free consultations, but I do. Why, because I want to make sure that the Consumers of Southwest Florida have access to an Attorney who will sit and listen to them, answer their questions, and will represent them in an aggressive yet ethical manner.

If you would like to take advantage of my offer, please pick up the phone and call Elizabeth or Ashley S., and either of these women will gladly set you for a mutually convenient office consultation in Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, Cape Coral or Naples.

As you can imagine, our offices stay pretty busy. So, if we schedule a consultation for you and for some reason you cannot make it, we ask that you call and let us know so that we can give your appointment to someone else. It is a little act of courtesy that we ask of our clients and friends of the firm.
